Dokumenti vlerëson ndikimet e pritshme në larminë biologjike të Parkut Kombëtar të Butrintit si pasojë e rishikimit të kufijve të Parkut Kombëtar. Informacioni mbi konturet e Parkut u mbështet në informacionin e marrë nga Vendimi i Këshillit të Ministrave Nr. 693/2005 (i ndryshuar). Sipërfaqja e PKB sipas këtij vendimit është 9 424.4 ha. Hartuesit e materialit percaktuan fillimisht listën e specieve dhe të habitateve të gjendura në Parkun Kombëtar Butrint. Në vijim ata u fokusuan tek speciet e mbrojtura nga legjislacioni shqiptar dhe ai ndërkombëtar (konventat ndërkombëtare të ratifikuara nga Shqipëria), speciet e rrezikura në shkallë globale, habitatet dhe speciet e cituara në Aneksin I, II dhe IV të Direktivës së Habitateve, speciet e Aneksit I të Direktivës së Shpendëve dhe së fundi në ndikimet e pritshme mbi specie, habitatet dhe larminë biologjike të Parkut Kombëtar.
This document provides an in-depth analysis of the expected impacts on the biodiversity of Butrint National Park due to the revision of its boundaries, based on the Council of Ministers’ Decision No. 693/2005 (amended). Covering an area of 9,424.4 hectares, the report starts by cataloging the species and habitats found within the park. It then delves into species protected by Albanian and international legislation, including those ratified by Albania in international conventions. The document also highlights globally endangered species, as well as habitats and species mentioned in Annexes I, II, and IV of the Habitats Directive and species in Annex I of the Birds Directive. The final section presents a thorough examination of the potential impacts on specific species, habitats, and the overall biodiversity within the national park, offering crucial insights for conservation strategies and environmental policies.
