Attorney at law/ researcher in human rights
Irene Dule holds a Law Degree from the University of Tirana, Albania and a Ph.D. on property rights. She has been a practicing attorney for more than ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ and currently, she is working as a ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ต๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐, including and environmental issues,ย besides attorney at law. Prior the current job Irene Dule served in the public administration for ๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ (1999-2004) in the position of ๐น๐ฒ๐ด๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ, Popular Assembley; chair of directorate of human services, Municipality of Tirana, head of legal sector, Ministry of Culture, etc. She is the author of some academic publicationsย and presentations in national and international academic conferences and journals.
