19.10. 2007, “Për shpalljen, me sipërfaqe të zgjeruar, ekosistemit natyror Divjakë – Karavasta “Park Kombetar”. Sipërfaqja e PKDK sipas këtij vendimit është 22,230.24 ha. Hartuesit e materialit percaktuan fillimisht listën e specieve dhe të habitateve të gjendura në Parkun Kombëtar Divjakë-Karavasta. Në vijim ata u fokusuan tek speciet e mbrojtura nga legjislacioni shqiptar dhe ai ndërkombëtar (konventat ndërkombëtare të ratifikuara nga Shqipëria), speciet e rrezikura në shkallë globale, habitatet dhe speciet e cituara në Aneksin I, II dhe IV të Direktivës së Habitateve, speciet e Aneksit I të Direktivës së Shpendëve dhe së fundi në ndikimet e pritshme mbi specie, habitatet dhe larminë biologjike të Parkut Kombëtar. This document presents a comprehensive evaluation of the anticipated impacts on the biodiversity of Divjaka-Karavasta National Park following the revision of its boundaries, as per the Council of Ministers’ Decision No. 687 dated October 19, 2007. The document details the expanded area of the park, now covering 22,230.24 hectares, and outlines the key species and habitats found within this Albanian national park. The authors initially compiled a list of species and habitats located in Divjaka-Karavasta National Park. The focus then shifts to species protected under Albanian and international law, globally endangered species, and habitats and species listed in Annexes I, II, and IV of the Habitats Directive, as well as species from Annex I of the Birds Directive. The report culminates in a detailed analysis of the expected impacts on specific species, habitats, and the overall biodiversity of the national park, providing essential insights for conservation efforts and policy-making.
